We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send a cheque (made payable to Digionline Ltd), but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless otherwise stated in the product description.
The carriage charge on each order is £8.00 +VAT
We currently only deliver to mainland UK, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. If you require a delivery to any other location please contact us to find out if it is possible.
If you require a special timed delivery (ie before 10am/12 noon or Saturday) please indicate this where prompted.
If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
If your item has not arrived within 3 working days of despatch please email info@digionline.co.uk with your order number and we will track your delivery and call you back within 24hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Not Satisfied
Digionline hope you will be satisfied every time you place an order with us. If, however, you are not satisfied with the goods, or just change your mind, inform us within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods, and we will ask you to return them to us on a 'signed for' service, either through Royal Mail, or a carrier. Warranty
Our products are packed well to ensure they arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, a product may occasionally arrive damaged, or with defects. In this case we will replace it free of charge. If a product purchased from Digionline develops a fault feel free to contact us for technical advice. We will exchange items if they are found faulty on delivery, or they develop a fault within their 12 month warranty period. Prior to returning any item you must contact Digionline to obtain a goods returned authorisation number. Items returned should be accompanied with a description of the problem together with the original order number and the goods returned authorisation number to the address listed below. Please note unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
We will make any refunds due, directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order, once we have inspected the returned item/s and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in good condition.
